Made-to-Order:
All Mar&May pieces are made-to-order in our atelier. Each piece is crafted specifically for you with care and attention.

Final Sale:
Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Sizing & Customization:
Please double-check ring sizes and any custom requests before placing your order. If you need assistance selecting a size or customizing your piece, our studio team is happy to help before you complete your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
