1. Orders
All products are made-to-order in our atelier. By placing an order, you agree to our production timelines and product specifications.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

3. Production & Shipping
All items are made-to-order in our atelier. Please allow 10 business days for standard production. Production and shipping timelines may vary due to the unique nature of sourcing Colombian emeralds or other custom materials for your piece.

4. Final Sale Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

5. Sizing & Customization
It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct ring size or customization options. Our studio team is happy to provide guidance prior to purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability
Mar&May is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.
